The First Party will arrange the diving tour including the following contions:
- Transport with Car/Bus from guest's hotel to the diving site and return to the Hotel (THe Area: Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Benoa and Jimbaran).
- All necessary safety equipment and instruction to guest.
- An accident insurance premium (only use in Bali Indonesia)

The First Party will provide second party with all necessary promotional materials
The First Party will collect all payment by voucher from the guest before he departures the tour.
The First Party will prepare invoice and send it to Second Party together with the guest's voucher for payment 2 (two) weeks after the trip. The Payment is due 30 days after the guest departures.
The Second Party will sell and promoted the diving tour, not to exceed the rate published by the First Party. Also advising the guest to be ready on time at the hotel lobby and the Second Party will give a voucher to each guest.
The Second Party wil be report the booking respectively direct to the first party by phone, pax or coming to the first party's office providing guest's name, hotel, room number and total number of guests in the party.
The Second Party will provide a accessible space necessary promotion material in the office area or hospitality at no cost to first party.
The Second Party will reimburse the first party the following agreed contract rate.
